How long does it take to complete a project?

Again, it depends. I had a client who wanted a brand and a website. In a week. Which was a bit of a suicide. But we got done. Nonetheless the normal time-frame is months. Things need to be thought through. And you need to be 100% satisfied. Because if there is even one small nagging objection, it will only grow. You don't want that. As one of our clients whispered to our ear: "I like the new logo so much, I am thinking about making a tattoo out of it."

What is the process of working with you?

There are slight differences between branding, web and analytics stuff. But overall it can be divided into these steps (similar process to James Webb Young):

  1. analysis of the current situation,
  2. getting as much information as possible about you and your business,
  3. synthesizing the information,
  4. let the subconscious work,
  5. eureka moment - getting the idea,
  6. developing the idea,
  7. implementing,
  8. testing (optimization and web design).

Can you make my design look like this?

No. Frankly, if you need a copy, use a Xerox. You should hire us because you want to be different - a purple cow - if you will. I will make sure you are remarkable (and not losing your socks by doing so).

You are in a different country than me, will this be a problem?

No problem. Although I like to meet clients face to face, I can work remotely. And use skype etc. to connect.

How do you accept payment?

You can use a bank-transfer or credit card - Paypal.

Can you recommend someone else?

Probably. If I see that there is no fit, I will do my best to recommend someone more suitable for the job.

Why are you an architect?

It runs in the family. And it seemed a good choice at the time. It was only later that I found out my heart was not in it. And I liked presenting the project more than dealing with bureaucracy and subcontractors.

What does scientific marketing mean?

I die a little bit every time I see bad design. Be it a website, that doesn't convert visitors a logo with the wrong colours or an e-mail with fluff instead of content. And there seems to be more and more of it. So I come in, put your marketing on a healthy diet and give it no slack until it is in top shape.

Which usually means making things simpler. A tough job, but in the end you see the result and say - "Now that I look at it, it seems obvious. Everything is in its place." Some clients even slap their foreheads.

It also means that I usually come in to rework someone else’s job and there might be hard feelings. But as the saying goes - no pain, no gain.

Is there anything you don't do?

Sure. I don't do public relations, social media, events. I don't ghost write - if you have a blog, you will have to write it yourself. I can suggest topics based on trends and search data. I can't help with link building although I can analyse what is wrong and suggest how to fix it.

How much do you charge?

Short answer is: it depends. Long answer is: Instead of thinking about cost, think of our services as an investment. Our fee is based on the value I add. It's always a fixed fee agreed up front. I can do things faster since I don't need to agree on every little detail and cost (the faster I complete the project, the better for us too), I am extra motivated to build you something amazing since our fee depends on the value, there's no conflict in our motivation (suggesting unnecessary functions just to add to the hours). You have unlimited access to our expertise while I am working with you.

We will be happy to provide a quote once I get more information from you. Let's have a chat.

Someone else charges less, can you match them?

No. You are not buying bread. It is as if you were choosing a painter for a portrait based on price. It just sounds a bit ridiculous, doesn't it. Go see our Work and our case studies and then decide.
